The 8×12×7 indoor cedar sauna kit is a large 8-person sauna layout built for big group sessions—great for basement wellness rooms, home spas, and commercial projects that need extra bench length..

With an 8-ft depth and 12-ft width, the L-shaped bench maximizes seating along the back wall and depth-side wall while keeping a comfortable open floor area.

Built from Canadian Western Red Cedar, this liner kit offers excellent heat resistance and a naturally comfortable surface. Choose clear or knotty cedar based on your design preference and budget.

This is a liner kit designed to be installed inside a properly framed, insulated, and wired structure. Standard 7-ft height, with an optional 8-ft upgrade.

Kit Includes
  • Foil Vapor Barrier
  • Grade “A” cedar tongue & groove for walls and ceiling (1×4 or 1×3, 11/16″ thick — clear or knotty)
  • All tongue & groove boards finished on one side
  • Clear or knotty 2×4 Grade “A” cedar for benches and bench supports
  • Door Casings for inside and outside of the sauna
  • Corner moldings for wall and ceiling joints
  • Cedar vent grills (lower and upper)
  • One marine-grade, vapour-proof light fixture

Framing, insulation, exterior cladding, sauna heater, and electrical work are not included.

Plank Orientation: All of our sauna kits come standard with horizontal wall planks and ceiling planks running front to back (depth-wise).

If you prefer a different orientation — such as vertical wall planks or ceiling boards running side to side — please specify this in the order notes when placing your order (subject to price change).

If no preference is noted, the default orientation will be used.

    The local and Wi-Fi sauna controls are essentially the same in terms of hardware and functionality. The key difference is that the Wi-Fi version includes an ID for connecting to the HUUM mobile app (Apple or Google Play). This feature allows you to remotely activate your sauna, enabling you to heat it up in advance, whether you're on your way home or just finishing a workout. It's designed to enhance convenience, ensuring your sauna is ready when you are.
