The Harvia Virta Pro 20 kW is a professional-grade electric sauna heater engineered for large commercial saunas in spas, hotels, wellness centers, apartment buildings, and high-demand residential installations. Built in Finland, it combines heavy-duty construction with consistent, efficient heating for extended daily operation.

With a massive 264 lb (120 kg) stone capacity, the Virta Pro 20 delivers stable, even heat and rich steam (löyly) for bigger sauna rooms. Its heating elements are divided into two groups, allowing efficient load distribution, improved heat-up time, and reliable performance in demanding environments.

The heating elements are separated from the stones, which improves airflow, enhances durability, and extends element lifespan — a critical feature in commercial environments where uptime matters.

A front-mounted maintenance hatch provides direct access to electrical components. If servicing is required, the heating elements can be replaced without removing the stones, minimizing downtime.

This model requires a Harvia control unit (sold separately), such as Harvia Xenio CX45-U1-U3-XW or the newer Harvia Fenix Smart Wi-Fi Control (FX45-U1-U3-XC). Fenix connects to the MyHarvia 2 app; free Core features include remote monitoring + notifications, and full remote control is available via an optional one-time Control upgrade ($134.99) (no subscription; eligible products include a 3-month trial).

This heater also requires the Harvia LTY45-U1-U3 power extension unit for proper operation.
