The 3×8×7 indoor cedar sauna kit is the widest option available with a shallow depth, making it ideal for multi-user seating in narrow rooms. It works especially well along long walls in basements or custom wellness spaces.

With a 3-ft depth and 8-ft width, this layout offers generous bench space while maintaining efficient heat circulation and manageable heater requirements.

Constructed from Canadian Western Red Cedar, this sauna kit provides long-term durability and a comfortable seating surface. Clear or knotty cedar options are available based on your design preference and budget. Standard 7-ft height, with an optional 8-ft upgrade.

This is a liner kit designed to be installed inside a properly framed, insulated, and wired structure and may also be used inside outdoor structures such as sheds or garages. Optional full-glass front wall (glass door included) adds a brighter, more open, high-end feel.

Framing, insulation, exterior cladding, sauna heater, and electrical work are not included.

Plank Orientation: All of our sauna kits come standard with horizontal wall planks and ceiling planks running front to back (depth-wise).

If you prefer a different orientation — such as vertical wall planks or ceiling boards running side to side — please specify this in the order notes when placing your order (subject to price change).

If no preference is noted, the default orientation will be used.

Our price builder suggests heaters based on typical kW requirements and standard clearance guidelines. It is your responsibility to ensure the selected heater is suitable for your specific sauna layout. Clearances may vary depending on heater placement (e.g., front wall vs. depth side) and wall materials (e.g., glass vs. wood). Sample images may not reflect actual clearance conditions. Always refer to the heater manual and use heat shields or non-combustible materials where required.

    If you'd like a heater that’s not listed in this price builder, you can browse all electric sauna heaters here. Just make sure the kW output and clearances are suitable for your sauna layout.
    To meet safety clearances, most heaters need to be installed on the depth side, which means the bench can’t extend the full width—you’ll need to trim it to make room for the heater. The only model that fits safely on the width side without cutting the bench is the Homecraft Revive Slim.

    The local and Wi-Fi sauna controls are essentially the same in terms of hardware and functionality. The key difference is that the Wi-Fi version includes an ID for connecting to the HUUM mobile app (Apple or Google Play). This feature allows you to remotely activate your sauna, enabling you to heat it up in advance, whether you're on your way home or just finishing a workout. It's designed to enhance convenience, ensuring your sauna is ready when you are.
