Warranty Service

Thank you for choosing Bsaunas Inc. This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods purchased from us, covering any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During this time, Bsaunas Inc. will replace, at no charge, products or parts that prove defective due to improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What does this limited warranty cover?

This warranty addresses any defects in material or workmanship. If an item we sold you is defective or malfunctions due to our fault, it is covered under this policy.

What will we do to correct the issue?

Each case is unique. Depending on the problem, we typically replace items rather than repair them, as we do not have repair technicians on staff. Decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This warranty does not cover problems caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. Examples include:

  • Physical damage from improper installation.
  • Normal wear and tear, such as gradual exterior fading or wear from regular use.
  • Maintenance issues, like the need for cleaning stove pipes or performing regular chimney sweeps.
  • The lifespan of expendable products like heating elements.

Warranty approvals, especially for specific products like HUUM heaters, are determined by the manufacturer on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping

Report any shortages, defects, or shipping errors within 7 days of the shipping date. For shipping-related damages, send us photos and videos documenting the damage, and we will file a claim with the carrier. Remember, we photograph every pallet before it leaves our warehouse to document its condition.

Returns, Exchanges, Refunds

You can return all items purchased from Bsaunas Inc. within 30 days from the ship date, except for items marked “Final Sale”. Products must be in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a return or exchange. Opened or damaged packaging may incur a 15% restocking fee. If the product has been installed or used, it is not returnable or may be subject to a higher restocking fee.

Costs:

You are responsible for the original shipping cost and the return shipping fee, regardless of the reason for the return. In cases where the wrong item was shipped due to our error, we will cover the necessary costs to correct the order.

Packaging for Returns:

When returning items, ensure they are packaged as received, using all original shrink wrap, tape, and packaging. This helps prevent damage during return shipping. Improperly packaged returns may be refused or incur up to a 100% restocking fee if they are no longer usable.

After Return Inspection:

Once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, we will process your refund less any fees. The restocking fee is 15% if the item has been opened, with a potential for a higher fee depending on the packaging condition. Used products are non-returnable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, or you may opt for store credit.
