Warranty and Return Policy
Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Bsaunas Inc. This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Bsaunas Inc. (the “Physical Goods”).
What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Bsaunas Inc. will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What will we do to correct problems?
Bsaunas Inc. will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts. How long does the coverage last? The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Bsaunas Inc. is 365 days from the date of purchase. A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 365 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
What do you have to do?
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
All shortages, defects or shipping errors must be reported within 14 days of the shipping date. Otherwise, any claim will be processed under “Warranty Service”.
Shipping costs are quoted on a custom basis for most destinations in Canada and the USA.
We reserve the right to charge fees to cover actual shipping costs. In the event shipping costs exceed the actual fees charged, the purchaser will be notified before shipping of any extra fees. If extra shipping fees are not agreed to be charged, then the order may be cancelled, and all funds returned to the purchaser.
Returns, Exchanges, Refunds
You can return all items purchased from Bsaunas Inc. within 30 days from the ship date (the date it leaves our warehouse). Items marked “Final Sale” are excluded.
To qualify, initiate the return within 14 days of the ship date and ensure that the item is in its original condition (including packaging, manuals, accessories, original crating, etc.). We must receive your item back within 30 days of the original ship date. Please allow up to 10 days from the time we receive the return to process your refund. You will be responsible for the original shipping cost to you as well as the shipping cost of the return shipment. A minimum 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns unless the wrong product was shipped by mistake. If the error was ours, we will gladly cover the costs to ship the right product to you.
The product that has been installed or has been used is not returnable.
Due to the high risk of damage when shipping back to our location, you must package the product the same way you received it, including any shrink wrap, tape and packaging. This will help to prevent damages on the return to us. Damaged packages shipped back to us due to poor packaging may result in a refusal of return or a restocking fee of up to 100% if the returned product is no longer usable or it has little recovery value.
The customer must pay all costs related to the original shipment and return shipping, even if shipping was free. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and less a restocking fee. A restocking fee of 10% will be applied to all returns. A higher fee may be imposed if the return was not packaged properly, etc. Used Products are non-returnable.
For refunds on purchases charged to a credit card, we will issue a credit to the same credit card used to make the purchase.
If you paid using a check, the refund will be by company check.
