I bought a small barrel sauna and loving every second of it! The wrong heater was originally sent, but they quickly exchanged it at no cost. And they answered any questions I had as the instructions we're a little hazy at times.

Bought a few stoves from Bsaunas, great guys to deal with !

After lots of research decided a barrel sauna was the best fit for our requirements. Then came the decision as to where to buy, Bsaunas was the best choice. There website was easy to use and both Alex and Slava responded to all our questions and concerns prior to ordering and during the build process. If you call them or email response is right away, great customer service. Once ordered delivery was about a week later to Halifax, NS. The sauna has been a great addition to out winter lifestyle.

It has strong air flow and circulates heat perfectly, in my small backyard sauna. It also looks terrific when blazing. The order process was quick and easy, the sauna arrived on-time, installation was simple, following the provided instructions, and the sauna is extremely high quality. Quite frankly I don’t know how we lived without it especially the Android & iOS app that supports the heater to turn on/off while I am not near the sauna ie: on a treadmill and then went into sauna when it is heated up. Ok guys, believe or not I have crazy idea to build sauna in cold storage room in my basement. 8x4 kit perfectly fit on this room! After some research and phone conversation with different sauna builder I choose Bsaunas. Slava is great man , easy going and quality of his sauna is amazing. I spend some extra time for electrical wire set up and to put some tales on floor- than within 2 days my sauna is ready! Oh, all my family like it, hard to stopped to use the sauna now 😉 And what a smell of real cedar! Unbelievable ! Thank You Bsaunas for everything you do for me! Recommend for all! P.S. - do not buy cheep accessories from other vendor - Bsaunas have everything you need with high quality performance!

Purchased a 6x7 western red cedar sauna with glass door and HUUM heater. Ordering through the web site was simple and was forwarded an email when material was ready for pick- up. Picked up the material and all fitted nicely in my pickup truck. The owner provided installation instructions and answered all my questions on installation. I’m an experience carpenter and installation was per the instructions provided. The quality of the cedar was very good and quantity was bang on. Hardly any waste and was left with a couple boards. I give Bsauna 2 thumps up for its service and quality of material.

These guys retrofitted a custom sauna in the basement of our house in downtown Toronto about 6 months ago. Pretty small house, tight job. Slava came over after my first phone call. He checked out the job, told us exactly what we needed and answered all of our questions and concerns immediately. He was very helpful in walking us thru the whole job from start to finish. Kosta (installer) did the whole sauna in a day and a half by himself. Very clean and punctual. Everyone knows the true test of any contractor for work done is your home is how issues are resolved and dealt with. These guys dealt with everything immediately and to our satisfaction. Very professional with great communication. If i was to do it again tomorrow I wouldn't shop around at all. We love the sauna thanks a lot guys.

Wasn't sure as I had to do everything online and never been to the store. But tried it out. Placed order on Thursday, confirmation about an hour later by phone, then payment went smoothly online. Finally received the stove 1 week later via Day and Ross. Highly recommend. I might order a wooden hot tub from them in the spring.

Not only does Bsaunas have the best customer service I have seen compared to any other sauna business in the GTA, but they also have the most beautiful cedar. Each heater has an incredibly unique design and most importantly are much more durable/powerful then some of the cheap looking pieces of garbage I’ve seen at other sauna showrooms around the city! (Won’t name any names). Speaking of showrooms, bsaunas has an incredible team of people ready to help you choose the right products with professionalism as soon as you walk through the door! Upon entry, you can browse through some of the display saunas/steam showers/barrel saunas in the showroom (I’ve seen some really unwelcoming sauna showrooms, once again, wont name any names).Overall, great team of people, awesome customer service, and most importantly amazing product!! I'm building a sauna (banya) at my camp site, was looking for real Russian wood burning sauna (banya) stove for the long time and they where the only place who had them! I called the owner and they where still working on show rooms, but he was kind enough spending time with me trying to figure out what kind of stove I need for my sauna (banya). I bought stove , chimney pipes and all the accessories that I need! This is a one stop shop for sauna (banya) , and prices are great! Customer service is A+ ! Would recommend this place to everyone!
