Recently we had Bsaunas complete the installation of our new custom Aura Deluxe sauna, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience.

From start to finish, Alex, Slava, our installer Andre and the rest of the team were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. The quality of the sauna is second to none, and the craftsmanship is remarkable. It’s clear that they take pride in their work and genuinely care about ensuring that the customer is completely satisfied.

The finished sauna looks amazing and has quickly become one of our favourite additions to our backyard. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally, and the end result exceeded our expectations.

A big thank you to the entire Bsaunas team for a great experience. We would definitely recommend Bsaunas to anyone looking for a high-quality sauna with professional installation.

Researching saunas and deciding what to buy can be overwhelming, with so many websites and details to consider. BSauna takes the time and expertise to fill in these gaps, helping you find the right equipment. I’m very impressed.

I am pleased with the front desk and the service provided which was for the most part prompt, courteous and helpful. They have a good selection of saunas on display as well as all the accessories. Unfortunately as I was doing a DIY sauna they did not have the wood nor the special nails that I was requiring and there was some issues around venting and breaker size that I presume would not be an issue if buying one of their finished products. Overall I would not hesitate to encourage others to give them a call.

Thanks Don!

Super knowledgeable and helpful staff. We are building our own sauna and Alex and the team helped with product selection and info. The heater selection there is very broad and we found the perfect fit for our space. Great variety of accessories too. And the installation video online is very clear and helpful. We went with our own plan but there are lots of indoor and outdoor saunas on display in many sizes and configurations if you want it designed and built for you.

Bought my heater here a few weeks ago. Alex was gracious enough to stop by the shop on a weekend as I am unable to make it into the shop during normal business hours.

He double checked all of the boxes to make sure everything I needed was included before I left.

I had a great experience with B Saunas. Their team was responsive, professional, and easy to deal with throughout the ordering process. When shipping costs turned out to be higher than expected, they quickly worked with me to adjust my order and find a more economical solution.

Communication was excellent, with prompt replies and clear information every step of the way. My order was shipped on time, arrived as promised, and all items were exactly as described on the website. The cedar vent covers and vapor barrier foil were high quality and met my expectations.

It's refreshing to deal with a company that provides both great customer service and quality products. I would not hesitate to order from B Saunas again and would gladly recommend them to anyone building or upgrading a sauna.

We're glad you're happy. Thank you Caroline!

They have a great selection of items for saunas, and very competitive prices. I ordered a sauna heater , a sauna door and a bunch of accessories and the confined shipping was reasonable going a few provinces over. The time from when I hit order now to when I got a shipping quote was less then 5 minutes, so despite not having an online payment system , the process was still very smooth! My friends have used them for their sauna pronect materials as well and all would recommend them !

Great meeting with Alex in the early phases discussing custom needs and then Slava did an amazing job creating the design and managing the process. A quality product from a knowledgeable company. Not inexpensive, but good value compared to the competition. The sauna we selected online had all the features we sought. We then visited the Barrie showroom for Q&A. The experience was professional and productive. Their installation was deferred due to weather, but once underway Andrei and Demetri were excellent.

We researched several options for our barrel sauna. We specifically chose Bsauna because of the Huum’s heaters unique feature to withstand freezing temperatures.

To our delight we were extremely pleased with the quality of the Thermory sauna. It is well made and designed. It is very comfortable inside, and is really attractive from the outside. We placed our sauna beside our pond and the large crescent moon window provides a spectacular view.

The Huum sauna heater works well and looks really cool. We love the fact that the Huum heater is easily controlled using wifi from our iPhones.

Bsaunas has been great through the whole process, helping sort out the choices and answering our questions promptly. The delivery was friendly and efficient, making it a great experience all around.

Five stars. Bought the XXS Patio Sauna from B Sauna and had a great experience start to finish.

Alex was the rep I dealt with from initial inquiry through to installation. He was responsive, straightforward, and easy to work with. The install crew (Andre) and their recommended electrician (also Andre, coincidentally) showed up when they said they would and got everything done without any issues.

Andre the installer brought a level of care and craftsmanship that stood out. It was clear he took pride in the work and wanted the finished product to be right, not just done.

The sauna feels well built. Solid materials, clean finish, and it feels like it will last. No complaints.

Would recommend without hesitation.

I wanted a sauna for the cottage. So I did a deep dive, lots of companies/suppliers to choose from. Figured I wanted to stay local, First rule of thumb, support local businesses. That said, I did compare pricing, knowledge, selection, and wanted a professional engaging approach.

BSaunas gave me all of that, and then some, I met Alex (Sasha) son of the owner, more or less a family business. They were friendly, courteous, yet still professional. Choosing, purchasing and pickup went smoothly. A great choice for all your sauna needs.

We ordered a custom clear cedar sauna package from Bsauna for our 8' x 6' walkout basement space, and the entire experience was excellent. The ordering and delivery process went perfectly, and the quality of the wood was outstanding. Everything arrived as expected, and we’re very happy with the finished result. We would highly recommend Bsauna to anyone looking for a custom sauna package.

I've made several orders with these guys over the past few months. They have always provided great service. They impressed me when I reached out to replace a HUUM temp sensor. They provided specs to diagnose my "faulty" unit before they sold me one. Turns out my sensor was fine and I didn't need a new one. They lost a sale but made a happy customer. Thank you!

We had a great experience with Bsaunas, especially their excellent electrical support — quick, knowledgeable, and very helpful during setup. We originally bought the sauna to help my wife relax and detox during her chemo treatment, but I ended up using it almost every day myself. One unexpected benefit has been much better sleep. The deep heat helps relax muscles, calm the nervous system, and unwind both physically and mentally, which makes it easier to fall asleep and stay asleep. High-quality product and outstanding support — highly recommend. Worth every cent!

I can’t say enough about how great Alex and the whole team are at Bsaunas.
I had a sauna built by a private company who were unfamiliar with proper standards and designs that would work best and be efficient.
Unfortunately I took the wrong path and had to replace my heater and controller because of this.
Without the help of Alex I wouldn’t have a clue why I was burning up elements. Alex helped walk me through the necessary steps to make sure the sauna at least had proper ventilation and sensors were mounted in the correct locations.
There are no delays when it comes to there customer service and product shipping.
There are a few companies out there selling saunas and if you like burning money try them first.
I will definitely only ever use Bsauna in the future.

The kind words are VERY much appreciated. Thank you from the Bsaunas team!

Expert Knowledge, Professional and Excellent Customer Service

Over a year ago I met Alex and Slava at their facility looking for information on a sauna for a boathouse build we had underway. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and stepped me through everything I needed to think about in preparation for the sauna build. We had custom dimensions and other unique features and they took everything into account, made great recommendations and the the sauna turned out better than we ever anticipated. We stopped in just recently, they remembered us and our build, were able to help us with some other additions we were looking for, and again provided excellent customer service. We're happy to say that we were recommended to them by a satisfied customer and we have in turn recommended them to other friends and associates as we are a very satisfied customer.

I built a large sauna in my backyard completely on my own --- with 3 exceptions: 1) Alex and BSAUNAS, 2) an electrician and 3) ChatGPT. BSaunas has the best red cedar at the fairest prices, the HUUM heater, accessories and great assistance. I am a real human (so many reviews on other sauna websites are obviously fake) ... I spent a great deal of time searching Canada for the best products and great prices (using CHATgpt and GROK) and going to companies to meet people. Not only Alex and his dad but also the guys who cut and load the wood .... all top notch people. Very grateful for all their help and answering all my emails. I rarely leave google reviews, but these guys deserve it.

Was in the market for an indoor sauna kit, and landed on BSaunas based on their fantastic reviews. What a great find for me! I got connected online with Alex, and he was the most patient guy I had met! I had a million and a half questions, and regardless of whether it was day or night, he would answer them almost instantaneously. He made sound recommendations and guided me through the buying process.

Delivery was a breeze and Alex did it himself. Such a great guyni actually invited him to hang out at the sauna with me once it is all setup! He offered to help answer any questions over the phone during the installation process. The sauna looks amazing now and I try my best to use it every night!

Thank you Alex and BSaunas! My wife and I are going to become healthier now thanks to you! 😀

We have recently built a custom sauna at our cottage property in Rosedale.
We have had a bunch of interactions with Bsaunas throughout the process.

Their level of knowledge is off the chart. They helped and advised us through the process and went above and beyond with some of my my requests. (Alex even stayed around after hours for me when I ran short on material so we could continue our build through the weekend )

The selection of the sauna stove was perfect for the large sauna we had created and he had it in stock.

P.S. I told you the sauna stove would fit in the Prius :)

I would highly recommend Alex and his team.

I can’t say enough good things about Alex (Sasha). From start to finish, the level of customer service I received was above and beyond anything I’ve experienced. Alex wasn’t just efficient and responsive (which alone is impressive), but also went the extra mile every step of the way.

What really stood out is how Alex handled a situation that could have been frustrating and turned it into one of the best experiences I’ve had as a customer. That kind of care and dedication is rare these days, and it honestly deserves recognition.

To top it off, even the final details were handled perfectly, including receiving the package I was waiting on for my sauna. Everything was wrapped up seamlessly, which shows the pride Alex takes in doing things right.

If you’re looking for someone who truly goes the extra mile and makes you feel valued as a customer, ask for Alex (Sasha) You won’t be disappointed.

SLAVA From Customer serveice Helped save me from a Moldy situation!
Hi' I called today because I am seriously worried about a contractors opinion. Slava from customer service helped and gave me free advice and told me to use asphalt paper on the concrete underneath the 2×4. Because my contractor wanted to put plywood underneath the vapor metal sheeting. it was extremely helpful as my contractor didn't want to budget on the idea.thanks Slava

Owner's reply
Hi Bernard,

Slava and I want to thank you for the positive review and for going out of your way to leave it for us. It’s very much appreciated!

Great experience buying our sauna from here. They surprised us with early installation and very happy with the final product. Also Alex guided us well for all the installation with our contractor and electrician..the after care service was even better as I needed some fixes and Bsauna went out of their way to make it happen. Highly recommended.

Owner's reply
Hey Faraz,

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. Every review means a lot to me. I truly value my customers, love what I do, and I’m always happy to be of service!

This is spring I bought a Narvi wood-burning sauna stove with an incorporated water tank for our sauna. Bsaunas were wonderful to deal with. I won't go through all the details of arranging shipping, returning the platform (which we didn't need and they refunded), but will highlight an issue with the water tank. It had a slow leak. Bsaunas got me in touch with Narvi in Finland and they helped me figure out where the leak was coming from. When it turned out to be a problem with the weld on one seam, they instantly sent me a replacement tank.
I have no reservation at all in recommending Bsaunas as a source for your sauna needs.

Thank you Ian! Cheers.

Excellent service. I was helped enormously in choosing the right heater. I am so glad I upgraded to the 9Kw heater instead of the 6Kw, as now that we are using the sauna, we can see that the heating time is excellent and it would have taken far too long with the 6. Very friendly service, I might also add.

I was overwhelmed by the positive experience of Bsaunas. I ordered a diy sauna kit which they shipped to me in Ottawa and it arrived on time and everything was super smooth. They went above and beyond to help me with a shipping challenge (that I caused) and were incredibly helpful and professional every step of the way. I was down the rabbit hole of what to order and they made it all sooooo simple and affordable. Don't look elsewhere. Do it right the first time with these guys.

Owner's reply
Thank you, Martin.

This review really stands out to me because I noticed you left us positive feedback even before building and completing the sauna. I can’t put into words how much I appreciate that. You’re an awesome person and an awesome customer, and I hope you enjoy your sauna every single day.

If you're looking for high-quality saunas and or parts for your sauna, look no further than BSAUNAS. This family-run business, led by Slava and his son Alex, is a true gem. Not only are they incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but they’re also genuinely great guys—honest, friendly, and a pleasure to work with.

Whether you’re building a new sauna or sourcing replacement parts, their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction is unmatched. Slava and Alex go above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you need. Highly recommended!

We purchased enough materials to complete an 11x5 Sauna with a HUUM STEEL heater for that space. Their knowledge and expertise left me with less then a milk crate of waste at the end of our installation. If you need ANYTHING call these gentlemen.

Owner's reply
Colin! The sauna looks absolutely sweet. Thank you for the amazing review. It truly means a lot to us.

Big shout out to Alex and his team for outstanding customer service. For me when I purchase anything the most important aspect along with the price and quality of the product is customer service. When I have an issue with my sauna it’s addressed quickly and professionally which in these days is almost unheard off. I would 100% recommend this company when purchasing a sauna.

If you’re looking to purchase Westerm Red Cedar T&G, look no further. I purchased all my wood from Bsauna in Barrie and my experience was amazing. Pricing is extremely competitive and quality of wood is of the highest level, in turn making for a great sauna build experience. I have zero regrets with purchasing my cedar products including solid wood door from Bsauna. Call Alex @ Bsauna Barrie today!

Outstanding customer service: Ordered some replacement elements for my 9KW Huum unit. There was some delivery challenges due to shippers and the parts were delivered to an incorrect address. Bsaunas were absolutely great to deal with as we figured out the issue and they looked after me without question, sending another shipment as soon as they could. Great dealing with a company that looks after its customers!
