The 9×12×7 U indoor cedar sauna kit is an 10–11-person sauna layout with seating on three sides and the heater positioned in the center for balanced heat and an open, social feel.

With U-shape benches, this design maximizes usable seating while keeping a clean walkway from the door into the room—ideal for larger home wellness rooms, basements, and spacious indoor sauna builds.

Built from Canadian Western Red Cedar, this sauna kit offers excellent heat resistance, long-term durability, and a naturally comfortable surface for sitting and leaning. Choose clear or knotty cedar based on your style and budget.

This is a liner kit designed to be installed inside a properly framed, insulated, and wired structure. For 7-ft height sauna rooms, optional full-glass front wall (glass door included) is available to create a more open, high-end look. Standard 7-ft height, with an optional 8-ft upgrade.

Framing, insulation, exterior cladding, sauna heater, and electrical work are not included.

Plank Orientation: All of our sauna kits come standard with horizontal wall planks and ceiling planks running front to back (depth-wise).

If you prefer a different orientation — such as vertical wall planks or ceiling boards running side to side — please specify this in the order notes when placing your order (subject to price change).

If no preference is noted, the default orientation will be used.

    The local and Wi-Fi sauna controls are essentially the same in terms of hardware and functionality. The key difference is that the Wi-Fi version includes an ID for connecting to the HUUM mobile app (Apple or Google Play). This feature allows you to remotely activate your sauna, enabling you to heat it up in advance, whether you're on your way home or just finishing a workout. It's designed to enhance convenience, ensuring your sauna is ready when you are.
