Scott McInnes30 April 2026I wanted a sauna for the cottage. So I did a deep dive, lots of companies/suppliers to choose from. Figured I wanted to stay local, First rule of thumb, support local businesses. That said, I did compare pricing, knowledge, selection, and wanted a professional engaging approach. BSaunas gave me all of that, and then some, I met Alex (Sasha) son of the owner, more or less a family business. They were friendly, courteous, yet still professional. Choosing, purchasing and pickup went smoothly. A great choice for all your sauna needs.

Cavendish Community16 October 2025Expert Knowledge, Professional and Excellent Customer Service Over a year ago I met Alex and Slava at their facility looking for information on a sauna for a boathouse build we had underway. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and stepped me through everything I needed to think about in preparation for the sauna build. We had custom dimensions and other unique features and they took everything into account, made great recommendations and the the sauna turned out better than we ever anticipated. We stopped in just recently, they remembered us and our build, were able to help us with some other additions we were looking for, and again provided excellent customer service. We're happy to say that we were recommended to them by a satisfied customer and we have in turn recommended them to other friends and associates as we are a very satisfied customer.

He made sound recommendations and guided me through the buying process. Delivery was a breeze and Alex did it himself. Such a great guyni actually invited him to hang out at the sauna with me once it is all setup! He offered to help answer any questions over the phone during the installation process. Peter F10 October 2024It was a pleasure dealing with Alex and Slava during the buying process. Together, we were able to determine what we wanted to get out of the sauna experience and came to the conclusion that the Patio S was for us. Installation was handled through Bsaunas as well, with Andre coming to install it. I felt very confident with Andre's ability to build our perfect sauna as I spoke with him throughout the build, leaving our yard spotless and with a beautiful sauna. Friends and family are stunned when they see it for the first time and we get a lot of "That's the nicest sauna I've ever seen!" The sauna has been completed for a couple of weeks and we've been in it every night so far. Thanks guys!

Kyle Martel1 January 2024Bought a 4x4 sauna package back in the summer and put it together as part of our basement reno about a month and a half ago. I'm super impressed. We made some small alterations based on our space size but some things I think worth mentioning. 1) The guys (Bsaunas) always got back to us quickly regarding any questions we had 2) My father-in-law who does a lot of wood work and has high standards, first thing he said was how impressed he was with the quality of the clear cedar, I definitely recommend this type of wood. The smell, the look, so good. 3) Even with the standard heater, it takes exactly 10 min to get to full temp - another benefit of the small sauna 4) Buddy of mine recommended doing a tile floor bc its the only thing he regretted not doing in his - his the wood warped a bit/discoloured overtime - I definitely like the tile look in ours 5) 100% glad we went with glass door (small upgrade) that comes with a big wood handle. Being able to see in the sauna to me is such a nice visual. I also got a bluetooth speaker that I can stick to the bottom of the glass door if I want music (cheap option) 6) Small thing with light(ing). I did the standard light and we just put smart light bulb so I can adjust the colour and dimness. Highly recommend overall, we are using it almost every day!

Rose Burton4 October 2026Alex and Julia were so very helpful to us. We didn’t even buy a sauna from this lovely business but they answered our question about the Huum heater. It was a simple thing but meant that our issue was finally resolved and we could enjoy our new sauna fully. Alex thank you for answering our question when no one else would take the minute to do so. And Julia, thank you for your perseverance on our behalf. Our electrician will be looking at your company when he’s ready to buy his sauna (sadly not the one we bought from). Kudos to you all and thanks again for your kindness.Posted on Google

Don Munro6 August 2026I am pleased with the front desk and the service provided which was for the most part prompt, courteous and helpful. They have a good selection of saunas on display as well as all the accessories. Unfortunately as I was doing a DIY sauna they did not have the wood nor the special nails that I was requiring and there was some issues around venting and breaker size that I presume would not be an issue if buying one of their finished products. Overall I would not hesitate to encourage others to give them a call.Posted on Google

The heater selection there is very broad and we found the perfect fit for our space. Great variety of accessories too. And the installation video online is very clear and helpful. Caroline Zenss22 June 2026I had a great experience with B Saunas. Their team was responsive, professional, and easy to deal with throughout the ordering process. When shipping costs turned out to be higher than expected, they quickly worked with me to adjust my order and find a more economical solution. Communication was excellent, with prompt replies and clear information every step of the way. My order was shipped on time, arrived as promised, and all items were exactly as described on the website. The cedar vent covers and vapor barrier foil were high quality and met my expectations. It's refreshing to deal with a company that provides both great customer service and quality products. I would not hesitate to order from B Saunas again and would gladly recommend them to anyone building or upgrading a sauna.Posted on Google
Luc Comeau12 June 2026They have a great selection of items for saunas, and very competitive prices. I ordered a sauna heater , a sauna door and a bunch of accessories and the confined shipping was reasonable going a few provinces over. The time from when I hit order now to when I got a shipping quote was less then 5 minutes, so despite not having an online payment system , the process was still very smooth! My friends have used them for their sauna pronect materials as well and all would recommend them !Posted on Google
